For L'Auberge du Flambadou's country style : tastefully decorated, this former cowshed offers a warm setting with exposed beams, red and yellow tableclothes and a trompe-l'oeil painted by a local artist.

For its pretty garden looked after by the boss Jean-François himself... Admire his roses and his jasmine from the patio, in summertime.

And finally for L'Auberge du Flambadou's gastronomy that gives pride of place to regional flavours, such as Bigorre black pigs or the duck breasts with onion jam.
