Description
Why go there?
To remind the Carré du Pou Volant, one of Carreau du Temple's warehouses, where scrap iron and second-hand clothes were stocked, back in the XIXth century, at the edge of the Marais.
To enjoy one of the best burgers in Paris and nibble "pinchos" and other world-food delicacies.
Because Carré du Pou Volant gives a nice "facelift" to its antique wooden beams with factory furniture.
With who?
Cool and trendy friends.
The regulars
Bobos of Paris.
Must-Eat dishes
Armagnac home-made foie gras, with fig and nut chutney (9,50€), for starter ; Fish & Chips, tartare sauce (13,50€) or the Hamburger (12,50€), for main course ; and for dessert, Glass of salted butter fudge cream and speculoos (5,50€).
The wines
Brouilly or Pouilly wine... But don't miss the caïpirihnas and mojitos !
Best tables
