Why go there?
To climb on Chambery heights, at Panoramic, the chalet of the Welsh Siôn Evans, and to overlook Monterminod vineyards.
Because after having worked all over Europe in Michelin-starred restaurants, Siôn Evans has become one the most creative chef on Savoy land.
For Panoramic's rustic charm, covered with wood, and its terrace facing the mountains.
Must-Eat dishes
Farm egg hot square, Puy lentils, balsamic-truffle, ham sequins (9€), for starter ; Half-preserved Lamb shoulder, garlic, rose and pumpkin sauce, polenta-parmesan (18€), for main course ; Wine Poached pear, lemony cream, jelly, nashi chips and tiny Savoy cake (7,50€).
