Must-Eat dishes

Egg brick pastry (7,50€) ; Mixt couscous, with brochettes, chicken and spicy sausages (17€) ; Delight Tagine, made up of lamb, figs, prunes, raisins and almonds (17,50€) ; and for dessert, an assortment of oriental fine pastries (5€).

The wines

A Cuvée du Président, the Ryad's best-seller among Algerian wines (18€) ; a grey Boulaouane of Morocco (17€), in summertime ; or a Côteaux of Carthage, for Tunisia.

Best tables

On the Ryad's mezzanine, that looks like a Tunisian balcony, for business lunches or group meals. On the other hand, on sunny days, have a seat on the terrace.
