Why go there?
For the fact that Parfum de Blé invits you to discover a new side of Japanese gastronomy. Here, no makis nor sushis, only hot dishes made up of rice, noodles, meats, vegetables, tofu and fishes.
For its elegant and refined atmosphere that marries wenge wood, colored lightings and paintings representing the Japanese alphabet.
For the chef's surprises, such as its brochettes : yakitori with chicken and vegetables served with red pepper seasonning or the fried kushi-age.
