Must-Eat dishes

Prawns ravioli soup, steam-cooked sea bream flavoured with a zest of a lemon and rice ; and of course makis, sushis and sashimis.

The wines

Besides Saint-Emilion, Brouilly and Beaujolais wines, taste the Japanese beer Asahi, or for a liqueur, the mei kuei lu chiew, an alcohol made up of rice and rose essence.

Best tables

To be in an ideal position to watch the two chefs slice and roll makis, book tables n°6, 8 and 18. On the other hand, for an intimate dinner, have a seat on the veranda.
