Home-made foie gras and crystallized pear ; just grilled living lobster flambéed in whisky ; soft fruit duck breast ; and for dessert, the island's emotion, exotic fruits served on a coconut sorbet.

Marsannay Montagne 2006 ; and for white wine, the Marsannay les Champs Salomon 2009… quite simply delicious !
