Because La Salumeria loves wine, with Luca and his nephew Alessandro, who has just landed from Milano and who make you discover the Abruzzes's red wines, Moi Blush's sparkling rosé or fruity Tuscany's white wines.

For the freshly-cooked paninis, the bruschettas and the chef Ricardo's assortments of grilled vegetables.

For the plates of Italian tapas served for the aperitive, accompanied with a glass of Montepulciano.
