Why go there?

To swallow a marrow bone and suck an egg "meurette" at Septième Vin, a restaurant looking like a wine bar, in Paris 7th district.

For the charm of its small vaulted cave that mixes red bricks, checked tableclothes and ancient woodworks.

For the good taste of Olivier Buret, the boss who is second to none for finding nice bottles of French wine.
