Why go there?
To discover a glamourous temple of Thailand, at Le Siam, a few steps a ways from Paris City Hall.
For the delicate flavours of Le Siam's cuisine, signed by a Thai chef, who mixes citronella, cashew nut, Massaman curry and coconut.
To have dinner in its nooks and crannies by candlelight, among water walls and bonsais.
