Why go there?
Because Binjamin is without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Futuroscope region.
For the fresh and creative dishes of the chef Thierry Berthelot, who mixes regional "stars" and exotic "outsiders".
Because Binjamin's elegant rotunda dining-room has got a nice facelift.

Rabbit and Cognac terrine served with dried fruits, candied bilberries, and leaven toasts, for starter ; Roast glazed belly of pork with spices, for main course ; and for dessert, Royal chocolate cracker.
