Why go there?
Because Bouchon des Chartrons is really worth Lyon's bouchons, in Chartrons district, at the end of Bordeaux banks.
Because this restaurant looks like a lovely antiquitary of the 1930's, with Guignol puppets, and the military hats of his enemy, the Gendarme.
To swallow "Bobosse" andouillettes, pike quenelles, and sausages... first quality products !
