Why go there?
To cross the Alps with just a mouthful, at La Dolce Vita, a fore-taste of Italy at a stone's throw of Saint-Sauveur cathedral, in Aix-en-Provence.
Because La Dolce Vita is a two-faced restaurant : a Venetian stucco villa, on one side, and mysterious stone vaults, on the other.
For its delicious pasta and pizzas, that stay wise when comes the bill - which is pretty rare in the area.
