It’s very easy - simply choose the length of the membership you’d like to give. Like all Restopolitan members, the Gift Card recipient will have their own member number and will be able to enjoy all the benefits of the Restopolitan Card.

No. The Gift Card becomes inactive upon expiration. If the Gift Card recipient would like to reactivate his/her Card at that point, s/he can do so online by logging in to “My Account.”
